Job Title: Office Support Assistant Location with zip code: Western State Hospital, KY 42240 Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $13.00/hour Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): (03:00AM - 11:00 PM) Job Description: Collect, compile, and accurately enter data into the EMR system while maintaining confidentiality. Answer inquiries and provide detailed information regarding admission and legal processes to potential clients, caretakers, and QMHPs (in person or via telephone). Communicate effectively with law enforcement, nurses, physicians, and patients using strong verbal skills. Operate office equipment including computer, printer, and scanner. Work independently as a self-starter. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School Graduate required. Clerical experience may substitute for required education on a year-for-year basis. May be required to maintain a valid driver's license. May be required to drive a licensed vehicle.
