Responsibilities Position Summary: This position is responsible for working with the Client Services Supervisor and all testing clients to ensure customer service is of the highest level. This position reports to the Supervisor of Client Services and other Laboratory Supervisors/Managers as applicable. Essential Functions: Assist the Client Services Supervisor in managing, coordinating and delivering all aspects of customer service for laboratory clients Non Essential Functions: Enter client billing information. Schedule: Mon. & Thurs. 5pm - 11:30pm; e/o Wednedsay 5pm - 11:30pm and e/o weekend 6pm - 11:00pm.
