What You'll Do:
As a Contract Recruiter II, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions within the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and facilitate the selection process to ensure the organization attracts top talent.
Functions:
*Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
*Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
*Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other stages of the selection process. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
*Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
*Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Required Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
*3-6 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related role.
*Proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions. Strong sourcing skills and experience using recruitment tools and platforms.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
*Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Skills:
*Experience recruiting for technical or specialized positions.
*Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
*Certification in recruiting or talent acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
*Experience in contract or temporary staffing
