Summary:

The Manager of Technical Services leads the engineering and operational execution of Cook Children's end-user computing and technical services platforms, including enterprise desktops, application deployment, Citrix virtual desktop environments, identity services, and core directory services. The position partners closely with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and Service Delivery leaders to drive platform modernization, service reliability, and continuous improvement through strong team leadership, operational discipline, and measurable performance outcomes.

MINIMALLY REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in technical services (enterprise endpoint, platform, identity engineering or system administration)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (in lieu of education, a combination of at least 8 years of relevant technical services experience in in enterprise endpoint, platform, or identity engineering including at least 3 years in management/supervisory level role is required).
