To support this mission, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the Finance team.


This role offers hands-on exposure to investment operations, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives within a sophisticated institutional investment environment. The intern will contribute to a range of special projects while supporting ongoing efforts to enhance data integrity, streamline processes, and strengthen financial oversight.

What You'll Do:


  • Support special projects spanning investment operations, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in data validation and quality assurance efforts related to automation and systems enhancements
  • Perform account and transaction reconciliations across investment portfolios and operational systems
  • Review and analyze audited financial statements for external investment managers, identifying key insights and discrepancies
  • Compile, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making
  • Partner with team members to improve workflows, documentation, and internal controls



What You'll Bring:


  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Interest in investments, financial markets, and investment operations
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data tools or programming is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
