Sr. Analyst, Investor Relations

Overview:

The Senior Analyst, Investor Relations supports the company's engagement with the investment community by developing and quality-checking key investor materials (scripts, Q&A, decks) and coordinating with FP&A, Accounting, Communications, and Legal to ensure accurate, consistent messaging and timely disclosures (including press releases and 8-Ks).

The role maintains IR databases and produces regular analytics on stock performance, short interest, analyst sentiment, and consensus estimates, translating these into dashboards and insights for senior leaders.

It also provides logistical support for investor meetings and conferences, captures investor feedback and recurring themes for management, and conducts competitive intelligence and peer benchmarking to inform internal reporting and external positioning.

The role reports to the Vice President, Investor Relations.

Responsibilities:

Material Preparation

  • Draft and assist in producing investor materials, including scripts, Q&A documents and investor decks.

  • Align closely with FP&A and Accounting to ensure accuracy and consistency of financials and forward guidance.

  • Review and verify posted materials for accuracy.

  • Coordinate with Communications and Legal teams on the development and filing of press releases and 8-K disclosures.

Data & Analytics

  • Maintain and update IR databases (e.g., Factset, Q4, etc.).

  • Track daily stock performance, short interest trends, analyst notes, and consensus estimates.

  • Compile monthly IR dashboards for senior leaders (CEO, CFO, ZET).

Meeting & Logistical Support

  • Coordinate investor meeting invitations, conference registrations, and track post-event feedback.

  • Record investor questions and highlight emerging themes for management review.

Research Support

  • Conduct competitive intelligence and peer benchmarking.

  • Monitor news, industry trends, and key competitor developments for internal reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate extensively with FP&A, Accounting, Communications, Legal, and external partners to ensure aligned messaging, data accuracy, and timely dissemination of materials.

  • Foster a collaborative environment and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required; advanced degree or certification (MBA, CPA, CFA) preferred.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of financial analysis, FP&A, and/or investor relations experience; prior exposure to public company IR functions is a plus.

  • High proficiency in financial modeling (Excel) and presentation creation (PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and IR databases (Factset, Q4, or similar) preferred.

  • Outstanding attention to detail; proven ability to ensure materials' accuracy and consistency.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing materials for senior leadership and external audiences.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including meeting coordination and timeline adherence.

  • Ability to synthesize complex data and deliver clear, actionable insights.

  • Collaborative team player with strong accountability; able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, or investor events.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,000.00- $118,000.00 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range

for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation.
