Job Description

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking PIM/PAM Project Manager, who will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Privileged Identity and Access Management projects. You will oversee the deployment of the BeyondTrust suite (PRA, EPM, and Password Safe), ensuring that project milestones are met on time, within budget, and in alignment with federal security mandates. This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding and strategic leadership to navigate complex digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Lead the initiation, planning, and execution of PAM deployments, utilizing Agile methodologies to meet DHA ICAM objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical engineers, C-suite executives, and governmental compliance officers to ensure project transparency.
  • Manage project budgets, technical staffing, and vendor relationships (BeyondTrust, Microsoft, etc.) to ensure optimal delivery.
  • Ensure all project deliverables align with NIST 800-53, RMF, and Zero Trust architecture requirements.
  • Maintain high-level dashboards and provide regular status updates on deployment velocity, system adoption rates, and "Least Privilege" progress.


Required Qualifications:



  • U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Must pass a Tier 3 background investigation for access to sensitive military health networks.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 5+ years of formal project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams (Engineers, Developers, and Analysts) in a government or defense environment.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM is highly desired.
  • Foundational certification or training in BeyondTrust products is a significant plus.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100-120K.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
