The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition to help support and scale Suffolk's growing Corporate function.

In this role, you will manage fullcycle recruiting for corporate openings across multiple departments, such as Administration, Finance, IT, and AI. You will partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, evaluate talent, and deliver a bestinclass candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role requires strong inhouse Corporate Talent Acquisition experience, the ability to operate in a consultative manner, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

This new role reports to the Director of Corporate Talent Acquisition and is based in our Boston headquarters. Onsite presence is required four days per week to support interviews and collaborate with hiring managers in person. Responsibilities

    Manage the entire recruiting cycle from phone screen through offer acceptance
  • Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop position profiles and understand hiring needs, including scope, compensation, timing, and expectations
  • Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through creative and targeted sourcing strategies, leveraging technology and internal sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZoomInfo
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with peers, leadership and cross-functional stakeholders internally
  • Ensure ATS data integrity and regularly share datadriven updates with internal stakeholders
  • Deliver against hiring goals while maintaining consistently high candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Possess and embody our company culture and values, and establish a reputation with the business of high integrity and top performance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Corporate Talent Acquisition
  • Experience supporting Corporate functions such as G&A, IT, and AI; experience hiring Digital Engineering or Design talent is a strong plus
  • Inhouse talent acquisition experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders in a consultative manner
  • Strong understanding of the Boston labor market
  • Ability to make informed hiring recommendations using data, market insight, and sound judgment
  • Customerservice mindset with a consistent focus on candidate and hiring manager experience

Working Conditions

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position (Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner) in US-MA-Boston is between $120,000 and $162,000 USD. This represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Suffolk's total compensation package. Actual salaries may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, education and other qualifications. Suffolk offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of its overall compensation strategy. Salary ranges may differ by geography and are reviewed regularly to reflect market trends.
