Overview The Specialist in Third Party Operations (TPO) will support the onboarding, setup, compliance, and ongoing governance of third-party suppliers within Supply Chain. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate supplier data in Oracle EBS, processing business requests, reviewing documentation and insurance requirements, and ensuring suppliers are properly established to support procurement activity in alignment with internal controls and policy standards. The Specialist will also support Third Party Risk Management processes, audits, and process improvements, working closely with Supply Chain, Legal, Risk Management, and business partners to strengthen governance, reduce risk, and improve both supplier and internal customer experience. Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding and maintenance of third party suppliers in Oracle EBS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of supplier records.
- Support Vendor Self Service (VSS) processes and supplier engagement initiatives to enhance communication, collaboration, and responsiveness.
- Manage supplier setup, updates, and compliance requests from business users while maintaining alignment with internal policies and standards.
- Maintain and update Supply Chain Intranet pages and related resources to ensure accessibility of current global service information.
- Support Cyber Goods and Services (CGS) governance by distributing Vendor Cyber Security Assessments (VCSA) and managing the CGS Supplier Master list and VCSA repository.
- Apply agile principles and continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve internal customer experience.
- Incorporate real time feedback from teammates, internal customers, and suppliers to strengthen service quality and operational performance.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Oracle EBS, KY3P, Tableau, SharePoint, Teams, and related applications to support daily operations.
- Maintain supplier certificates of insurance (COI), policy documentation, and related compliance records to meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quarterly audits and quality control reviews of supplier data and transactions to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain managers, buyers, and business partners to address pending requests, minimize service disruption, and support contingency planning.

Qualifications
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of full time relevant work experience or
- Associate's Degree and minimum 4 years of full time relevant work experience or
- High School Diploma/GED and minimum 5 years of full time relevant work experience

Additional Physical Demands
