POSITION SUMMARY: To oversee and grow all aspects of the assigned division. Position: Epilepsy Clinical Coordinator Department: BMC-Brighton, Neurology Schedule: Full Time JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Impeccable interpersonal skills. 2. Excellent organizational skills. 3. Must collaborate well and function as a team player, both offering and asking for help, as needed. 4. The position involves use of EPIC electronic health record software (training will be provided) as well as Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. 5. The practice focuses on care for women and patients who belong to vulnerable communities. Qualities of empathy, support, and resilience are welcomed. 6. High school diploma, Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years of experience in a medical office or clinical setting with demonstrated scheduling and administrative skills 7. Conforms to hospital standards of performance and conduct, including those pertaining to patient rights, so that the best possible customer service and patient care may be provided. 8. Utilizes hospital's values as the basis for decision-making and to facilitate the division's hospital mission. 9. Follows established hospital infection control and safety procedures. Compensation Range: $54,500.00- $76,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
