Manufacturing Training Specialist

Job Purpose

Training direct employees to achieve the competencies of the given job.

  Maintenance of training materials (preparation, updating, periodic review).

  
  
• 
  

  Implementation of educational and examination tasks specified in the DL training process.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintenance (updating, reviewing) of the qualification matrix, providing continuous feedback to both students and managers.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintenance (updating, reviewing) of the mentoring tracking table.

  
  
• 
  

  Organization and implementation of repeat exams.

  
  
• 
  

  Recording and documenting the conducted training, qualification exams, and preparing reports and data services on them.

  
  
• 
  

  Monitoring the proper application of the acquired knowledge in practice.

  
  
• 
  

  Holding basic training for new employees.

  
  
• 
  

  Preparing for and participating in audits

  
  

Education and Experience

• 
  

  At least 2 years of molding experience in production preferred

  
  
• 
  

  At least 1 year of experience in a similar position preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Determined action, good communication skills

  
  
• 
  

  User-level PC skills
