Description The Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) LLC, a rapidly growing management consulting firm, is seeking Senior Researcher for an upcoming opportunity in support of the Department of Labor's Office of Job Corps. The Senior Researcher provides advanced analytical and research expertise, supporting data-driven decision-making, program evaluation, and performance improvement efforts across Job Corps initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct complex research, statistical analysis, and data interpretation Support development and improvement of: WIOA Performance Reports (WPR) Outcome Measurement Systems (OMS) Model-Based Goals (MBGs) Perform trend analysis and predictive modeling to inform program improvements Respond to planned and ad hoc data calls from DOL stakeholders Support data validation and integrity efforts, ensuring consistency across systems Contribute to development of policy recommendations and technical documentation Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., ETA, OPDR, Job Corps Data Center) Required Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, economics, public policy, data science) 10+ years of experience in: Federal research and program evaluation Data analysis and statistical modeling Experience supporting large federal programs (preferably Job Corps/WIOA) Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
