Desktop & A/V Support Specialist This role provides a mix of conference room A/V support and deskside IT support in Philadelphia. Responsibilities include: * Supporting and maintaining conference room A/V systems. * Providing deskside and remote support for end users across Windows and macOS environments * Troubleshooting hardware, software, and collaboration tools including email and productivity applications * Performing proactive checks to ensure meeting spaces and equipment are fully operational Qualifications: * Experience supporting A/V systems and meeting technology in a corporate environment * Strong desktop support experience across laptops, desktops, peripherals, and applications * Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and collaboration tools * Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of assigned support areas Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
