Schedule:

7:00am - 4:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay Range:

$21.97/hr - $29.81/hr

Position:

This is a full-time, onsite position where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations and serve as the central information hub for our office and production staff, connecting employees, visitors and vendors to the right resources, department or answers. As a member of the HR team, you will also help with various HR tasks and site engagement activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet and check in visitors promptly, ensuring compliance with site protocols and registration procedures.
  • Provide clear and friendly assistance to guests, team members and executive-level staff, addressing inquiries and offering directions as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls with attention to detail, directing them to appropriate team members or departments.
  • Record, manage, and organize various data as needed (e.g. parking and vehicle logs, vendor sign in, badging access, etc.)
  • Coordinate meeting room setups, catering and assist with calendaring as needed
  • Ensure the reception, coffee and office supply areas remain organized and presentable at all times.
  • Support HR with engagement activities, data entry, and orientation materials

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant or related role in a corporate office environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent education

Working Conditions

While performing the typical duties of this job, employees will experience the conditions noted below. PPE is provided to protect employees against physical harm or hazards in the workplace environment.

  • Usually work indoors. These sites may not be temperature controlled
  • Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels
  • Exposure to hazardous equipment
  • Exposure to contaminants
  • Shared workspaces with other employees
  • Requires handling objects of up to 30 lbs.
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending
  • Standing and/or walking for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies based on role, shift, and overtime)
