Genesis10 is currently seeking an Executive Support Analyst - Onsite for a 24+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in New York, NY.

This role will join a highly visible team entrusted with providing technology support to some of the top leaders of a major U.S. bank. This position goes beyond technical troubleshooting; it is about delivering white-glove, personalized service in a fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts executive productivity and decision making. Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in initiatives and projects within technology operations
  • Contribute to planning related to technology operations projects or deliverables
  • Analyze moderately complex technology operations issues which require in depth review
  • Review and approve release change documents
  • Execute and oversee production deployments
  • Plan and design, document and enforce escalation policies and procedures
  • Provide activity, progress and status reports to management
  • Provide accurate problem identification, ticket documentation, and customer/vendor dialogue
  • Troubleshoot and triage job failures and work closely with production support and vendors to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
  • Improve deployment processes, tools, architecture, design, and day-to-day technical support
  • Direct the daily Risk and Control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure success
  • Deliver white-glove service with discretion at all times
  • Support executive meetings and events without disruption
  • Remain flexible and available for after-hours needs
  • Proactively resolve issues before they affect productivity

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • At least 2 years demonstrated experience providing white-glove IT support to C-suite executives
  • Experience managing VIP incidents and escalations with urgency and professionalism
  • Proven proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and some macOS operating systems, including mobile platforms (iOS, Android)
  • Flexible to support irregular hours, on-call coverage, and executive travel/events
  • Experience with video conferencing technologies (Zoom, Teams Rooms, Webex, etc.)
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN troubleshooting)
  • Experience with device management platforms (Intune, SCCM)
  • Maintain regular in-office presence, often up to five days per week

Desired skills:

  • Proven track record delivering white-glove technology support to executives or senior leaders
  • Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end (devices, networks, applications, and security tools) quickly and discreetly
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to simplify complex issues in plain language
  • Demonstrated ability to work under high pressure with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Experience in regulated industries (financial services preferred) with awareness of compliance and risk
  • Ability to anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues, and maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Deep understanding of corporate IT policies, compliance, and security protocols
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise processes (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, procurement)
  • Skilled in workflow optimization and identifying opportunities for automation or simplification

Pay range: $60.31 - $68.31 per hour
