Production Operator Location: Hartford, IL Pay: $26.50 - $27.50/hour We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to operate packaging equipment and support the manufacturing of high-quality lubricant products. This role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient production while meeting quality and output targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor packaging and production equipment safely and efficiently Fill containers ranging from 4 oz to 55 gallons and prepare for shipment Stack, label, seal, and stage finished products on pallets Perform quality checks and document production data accurately Inspect raw materials and report any defects or issues Adjust equipment and processes to optimize production efficiency Maintain accurate counts of raw materials and finished goods Follow all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Forklift experience required (certification not required) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to work in conditions including heat, noise, and vibration Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, stack, and move materials regularly Comfortable working in industrial environments, including heights and confined spaces Must wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD & D Insurance This role is ideal for candidates with production, packaging, or manufacturing experience looking to grow in a high-performance environment.
