We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven North America Strategic Business Development Director to drive large-scale cross-selling across an assigned portfolio of existing strategic partnerships, while also leading new business acquisition within designated industries. This sales leader will actively represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, trade shows, and speaking engagements to establish a strong reputation as an industry expert in domestic and international financial services. The role also includes leading research efforts to identify and pursue new industry verticals where Western Union can deliver differentiated value. Role Responsibilities:

WORK SHIFT REMOTE - work from home New York BENEFITS AND OTHER DETAILS Salary The base salary for this role is $130,000 - $165,000 USD annually plus a sales compensation plan and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
