Bilingual Member Service Representative (Spanish/English) Make a real impact-one member at a time. We're looking for a passionate, servicedriven Bilingual Member Service Representative to help build meaningful, longlasting relationships with our members. If you love solving problems, communicating with purpose, and delivering exceptional service in both English and Spanish, this could be the perfect role for you. What You'll Do As a Member Service Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for members, providing timely, accurate, and friendly support across multiple channels. * Deliver outstanding member service via phone and email * Answer general inquiries and perform account maintenance * Take ownership of member concerns, set clear expectations, and provide timely followup and resolution * Research and resolve issues with urgency, partnering closely with your Supervisor or Lead * Meet and exceed key performance and service metrics * Identify opportunities to recommend additional credit union products, services, and promotions, generating referrals that deepen member relationships * Maintain working knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, and regulations * Contribute positively to a collaborative, teamoriented environment * Perform additional duties as assigned What You Bring You're proactive, organized, and memberfocused-with a natural ability to communicate and problemsolve. * Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) * 1+ year of experience in call center or customer service * Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks * Sense of urgency when resolving requests; knows when and how to escalate * Takes ownership and acts proactively to resolve member concerns * Creative thinker who can navigate unique situations while adhering to policies * Comfortable utilizing tools, systems, and resources to resolve complex inquiries Why Join Us? Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
