Description We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of computer systems. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner Support software applications Handle incident and service requests using ticketing system Support users with login, password resets, and access issues Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common applications Experience with ticketing systems is a plus Good problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field 2+ years of IT Support experience Experience with Active Directory and enterprise systems Familiarity with security and access control processes Skills Application support, Applications Support, Training, Customer Service Top Skills Details Application Support Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Frankfort, KY.
