Job Description This role sits at the center of field operations for autonomous vehicle data programs. You own field execution across multiple programs - schedules, people, hardware, clients, and outcomes. If you thrive on ownership, operate well under pressure, and know how to lead without losing sight of the details. What You Will Own * Lead day-to-day field operations for the programs, build and manage field schedules, and drive throughput to meet delivery targets. * Act as primary escalation point from the field and the direct point of contact for manager-level client stakeholders across ops, garage, and hardware teams. * Manage client request intake, coordinate hardware shipments, and lead troubleshooting with client partners. * On the data side you will collect, organize, and report operational metrics including throughput and quality, and provide structured insights to the Program Manager to support decisions. * Support hiring and manage consultant performance and accountability alongside the Shared Services Lead. You will identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to protect delivery and quality outcomes. * Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials, and lead training initiatives to ensure consistent execution across all field teams. What This Role Requires Ownership of outcomes, not just coordination. The ability to bring structure to fast-moving, ambiguous operations. Comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong communication with both field teams and stakeholders. And a bias toward action. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Santa Clara, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $53.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
