• Prepare, scan & validate documents; ensuring compliance within set business guidelines

• Review and process confidential and extremely time-sensitive applications

• Maintain high degree of quality control and validation of the completed work

• Ensure operating and quality standards are met based on service levels

Other Typical Tasks May also Include:

• Take on additional responsibilities from area Supervisor|Manager; support Accounting & Finance as needed

• Participate in administrative Staff meetings and attends other meetings

• Take notes that help execute activities that results from Accounting efforts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Typically, 1+ years of experience in data processing, document management, & customer engagement

• Ability to operate computer workstation hardware and software

• Generally spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen

• Generally spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body
