The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution and scalability of sales processes across the organization. This role oversees large account setup, contract integrity, acquisition onboarding, and sales team training, while maintaining adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

This position plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth by enabling the sales team with structured processes, accurate systems, and consistent onboarding practices.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:



  • Oversee end-to-end sales processes, including account setup, deal structuring, and scheduling workflows.
  • Ensure large and strategic accounts are properly configured and aligned with company standards.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of sales operations
  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions to streamline execution.
  • Lead onboarding of newly acquired accounts, clients, or business units into internal systems and processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional integration efforts (Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations).
  • Ensure data accuracy, contract alignment, and process standardization during onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding playbooks and documentation.
  • Ensure all FLS sales contracts, agreements, and documentation meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and validate deal structures for accuracy.
  • Partner with legal and finance teams to mitigate risk and enforce standards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing sales team members.
  • Drive adoption of sales processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support consistent execution.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales systems, and workflows.
  • Track key operational metrics.
  • Provide reporting and insights to sales leadership on process adherence and performance
  • Recommend improvements based on data analysis.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Education, Training, Certifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).


Experience & Skills



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, or sales enablement.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with acquisition or client onboarding preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Systems & Software

Other Requirements



  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
  • Ability to travel regularly to branch offices and jobsite locations.
  • Ability to comply with company drug and alcohol policies and customer-specific site requirements.
  • Frequent travel, required, up to 50%.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and stand for long periods. Employee will occasionally be required to drive, bend, kneel, balance, lift <20lb, walk, stand, ascend/descend stairs, reach above and below shoulders, stoop, and twist.

Work Environment:

Employee will consistently be required to work indoors in an office or remote setting, work alone and with others. Employees will frequently be required to travel. Employee will occasionally be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, as required by company safety policies.
