We're looking for a Partnership Manager Specialist to join our ever-evolving Commercial team to help us unleash the potential of every business through Embedded Finance solutions.

This role will sit in either our Cincinatti or Denver Tech Center location(s).

About the role:

Acting as the primary point of contact for new partners exiting implementation, the Partnership Manager Specialist will drive an accelerated commercial launch for our newest Payrix partnerships. Through a 90-day partner enablement cycle, you will closely collaborate with each new partner in developing an effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for their integrated payment solutions. An ideal candidate will exhibit ownership through polished communication with both internal and partner stakeholders. The Partnership Manager Specialistshould have extensive payments experience, strong organization and analytical skills, and a proven track record of goal achievement.

What you'll own:

  • Involvement in all phases of the partner's GTM launch to help them identify leads, develop value propositions, commercials, and support negotiation and closing.
  • Work with immediate leadership to maintain iterative refinement of the new partner journey to accelerate partner readiness and effectively draw down the time to full ramp.
  • Establish strong relationships with new partners, proactively addressing concerns and expectations.
  • To provide the best experience for new partners, you'll coordinate communication between the partner and the Payrix internal teams (Partner Experience, Sales, Product, Risk, Partner Success)
  • Vigorous maintenance of CRM (HubSpot) updates for partners passing through the partnerhsip manager cycle.
  • Work with partner leadership and commercial teams on deal strategies, negotiations, pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Engage in Gap Selling best practices, understanding partner's current and desired future state, positioning the VAS and Embedded Finance product/service as the ideal solution
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual growth targets, while achieving deal quality standards

What you bring:

  • Deep experience of payment industry solutions and other value-added financial products
  • Ability to develop robust product knowledge and associated technical understanding
  • Successful track record of launching payments into existing customer bases
  • Quickly build relationships and engage with executive decision makers and balance business and technical conversations
  • Well-honed and detailed communication skills including written, verbal and advanced listening skills
  • Knowledge of product marketing and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong organizational, analytical, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to changes
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross functionally
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office technologies, Salesforce and Hubspot experience a plus

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $104,500.00-$155,425.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.This position is eligible for commission.
