Job Description Are you ready to unleash your full potential? About the team Worldpay, LLC seeks Senior Java Developer in Cincinnati, OH to analyze, design, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs. (Code must be used in core version of applications available for sale commercially.) What you will be doing The Senior Java Developer will interact with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. Additionally, the role will:
Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: creating Java 8 or higher version applications using Functional Programming; working with Amazon Web Services including IAM, EMR Serverless, Fargate, S3 and CloudWatch; performing Apache Spark framework for large-scale data processing, transformation and analytics; working in a scrum team following Agile Software Development process; implementing CI/CD practices, principles and fundamentals including Infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation; and building applications with embedded CI/CD to ensure frequent and reliable software delivery. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills.
