JobDescription: Superviseaworkforceofdirecthireandcontractorpersonnel,schedulingofmanpower,workload,andprioritiestosupportNewEquipmentTraining(NET)andotherbusinessrequirements. Engageinconstantcommunicationwithcustomers(internalandexternal),management,andpersonneltoensurerequirementsaremetinatimelymanner. Maintain100%accountabilityofassignedequipment;toincludepreparingandsubmittingLDSdocumentationasrequiredforlostorbrokenequipment. Manageassetstoensuresuppliesareavailableinamannerthatwillensureacontinuousflowoftrainingasrequired. Completecertification,maintenanceandadministrativeforms,andotherpaperworkrelatedtoperformanceofduties. Provideplatforminstructionaldutiesasrequired. EnsurethatallInstructorsaretrainedandcertifiedtoteachvariantsasrequired. ReviewPOIandcreatetrainingschedulesasrequiredtomeetthecustomer'sneeds. TraveltoStrykerNETsitestosupporttrainingandcoordinationwithsupportedunits. Performindividualandcollectivecounselingtoemployeesonaregularbasis. EnsurecontinuousimprovementandcompliancewithISO,EnvironmentalHealth&Safety(EHS)andWSBMforcontinuousimprovements. Performotherdutiesasassigned. MinimumJobRequirements: 3to5yearssupervisoryworkexperience. Associatesdegreefromanaccreditedschoolinarelatedbusinessortechnicaldisciplinerequired. MustbeabletoobtainandmaintainaUSPassport/Visa,andacorporatecreditcardfortravelpurposes. MustbewillingtotraveltoremoteCONUS/OCONUSlocationsonshortnoticetosupporttraining(NET)operations. Mustmeetandmaintaindeploymentrequirementsasbusinessneedsnecessitateandmustbeabletoobtainbaseaccesspermilitaryinstallationrequirements. MustmeetandmaintainAnthropometricSizeRestrictions(ASR)requirements. MustbeabletoobtainandmaintainaCDL-BtooperatetheStrykerFamilyofVehicles. MustbeabletosuccessfullypassandmaintainNACIbackgroundtoobtainCAC(commonaccesscard). MustbeabletosuccessfullypassandmaintainbackgroundcheckstoobtainUSGovernmentSecretClearance. Additionaltechnicaltrainingormilitaryexpertisedirectlyrelatedtothispositionandworkaredesired. Stronginterpersonalskills,communication(verbalandwritten)andsupervisoryskills. ComputerliteratemustbecapableofusingMSsuiteofOfficesoftware(Word,Excel,andPowerPoint).Shouldbefamiliarwithwebaccess/internetconnections,abilitytomanageelectronicfiles,archive,andretrievedocumentsuponrequest. Experiencedirectlyrelatedtopositionsuchasleading/supervisingpersonnelinatrainingormaintenanceenvironment,stronghands-onexperienceintrainingandnewequipmenttrainingoperationsarerequired.
