You're the person who can handle breakdowns and prevent them before they happen. Join us as a Commercial Maintenance Technician and get steady work, fair pay, and real respect.

Bring to the Table

• High School Diploma/GED or trade certification preferred
• 2-5 years maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience in building maintenance, facility management, or construction services preferred

Day-to-Day

• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance per work orders
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC tasks
• Conduct service inspections and maintain building systems
• Use tablet/smartphone technology to log work, submit reports, and track time
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Attend safety training and comply with OSHA standards
