Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, or a performance-driven environment
• Experience using TMS/ERP systems (or similar platforms)
• Strong computer skills; Excel & Outlook required
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service and respond quickly to inquiries
• Schedule pickups/deliveries and keep all parties updated
• Build and maintain strong carrier relationships
• Process shipments, track loads, and resolve scheduling/shipping issues
• Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams
• Verify rates, assist with billing questions, and support daily transportation operations
• Help improve processes, maintain accurate records, and support efficiency initiatives
