Job Description


This position researches billing discrepancies and assists with communication and resolution of errors

Research billing discrepancies as requested by clients or sales reps

Makes recommendations for resolution where adjustments are necessary

Correspond with clients and/or sales reps

Have an advanced working knowledge of applicable systems (Salestool, Salesforce, QTN, QIS, ESP, etc) and understand how they integrate

Coordinate follow up

Other duties as assigned

Preferred work experience:

2 years experience in Quest account setup highly preferred

Advanced proficiency in Salestool, Salesforce, QTN, QIS, ESP highly preferred

Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products

Attention to details

Excellent written communication skills

HSD or equivalent required

Additional Job Details: Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills; Excel mastery is essential and learning software applications.
