Infor is looking for an Account Manager, Senior with experience selling Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) enterprise software solutions into manufacturers, distribution, automotive and aerospace organizations. You are comfortable building relationships and selling to C-level stakeholders and you are ready to take on an exciting career move. You will take full responsibility for the regional growth target within a rapidly growing business unit which enables manufacturing businesses to realize their digital transformation goals. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Work with customers and prospects to gain a deep understanding of their requirements. Stay updated on the evolving Infor product landscape, positioning complementary applications effectively. Showcase the value proposition and competitive advantages of our solution. Drive demand-generation activities to raise awareness of Infor MES, working closely with other departments collaboratively. Travel as needed to meet with customers on-site, valuing face-to-face interactions for building strong customer relationships. Responsible for MES solution sales to the assigned industries/territory. Use MEDDPICC to manage complex sales cycles whilst working with virtual sales teams including pre-sales, development, professional services, lead generation, partners, and support. Basic Qualifications: Experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in MES/MOM or related solutions such as OEE, QMS, EAM, WMS, SCADA, and ERP. Experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in driving digital transformation initiatives. Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the experience presenting to all levels of an organization. Experience prospecting and driving pipeline generation. Ability to travel 50%+ Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: ERP/Saas and Cloud-based solution selling experience. Negotiation and closing skills. Experience with RFP's.
