Job Summary SummaryWorking collaboratively with digital, clinical, and operational leaders to define goals, ensure alignment with overall business objectives, and facilitate effective collaboration across various departments. Operating with significant autonomy, this role is entrusted with the strategic leadership and end-to-end management of high-impact digital health projects. Reporting directly to the Director is responsible for conceiving, designing, developing, and implementing Programs that substantially enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Essential Functions -Independently lead and drive high-priority, complex, multi-disciplinary digital health projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. -Utilize advanced program management methodologies, including agile, to deliver complex programs on time, within scope, and on budget. -Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative applications that directly impact patient care and operational workflows. -Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, clinical leaders, and operational managers to ensure cohesive program execution. -Work closely with senior leadership to define and refine goals for digital health initiatives, ensuring they align with the organization's long-term vision and business objectives. -Independently manage relationships with multiple vendors, ensuring the delivery of contracted services and products. -Negotiate optimal service agreements to benefit project outcomes and organizational interests. -Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, sharing knowledge and leading practices to elevate team performance and project quality.
