About The Role

We are seeking a General Labor, Bakery - Packing (Grandi Remix Inspector) to join our team at our Hazleton, PA bakery. In this role, you will be accountable for inspecting and retesting products rejected by automated vision systems, ensuring food safety, quality, and accuracy while properly repackaging or disposing of product to support efficient and compliant production operations.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st
• Hours: 6AM - 2:30PM
• Weekend availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Inspect and reevaluate finished frozen products rejected by automated vision systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Repackage products that meet all food safety and quality standards and properly dispose of nonconforming product
• Maintain accurate waste accountability through proper sorting, labeling, and documentation
• Communicate quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors and support departments
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures, and Aspire Bakeries' code of conduct
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment
• Support production efficiency through teamwork, flexibility, and continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math and timekeeping skills
• Ability to make logical decisions in a fastpaced production environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, push, or drag up to 50 lbs. and frequently carry more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to handle frozen products and work in cold, noisy, or production environments

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production facility
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes
• Experience working with automated or mechanical equipment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a production setting
