Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Respiratory Therapy * Assess patients and determine respiratory treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff Critical Care & Emergency Response * Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response Team activations Ventilator Management * Operate and manage ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, and related respiratory equipment * RSBI Diagnostic & Clinical Monitoring * Perform arterial blood gas punctures and analysis * Vital signs Teamwork & Leadership * Support and mentor respiratory care students and new team members Qualifications Required * Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy Preferred * One year of Respiratory Therapy experience in an acute care setting Skills & Competencies Successful candidates will demonstrate: * Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills Grow Your Career at Mass General Brigham Whether you're an experienced Respiratory Therapist or looking to advance your career within a leading healthcare system, Faulkner Hospital offers the opportunity to work alongside exceptional clinicians while caring for patients with complex respiratory and critical care needs.
