Scope The Construction Administrator will be responsible for performing site observations during construction and to provide information as requested to contractors. This position will be expected to keep the engineer informed of project status and aware of potential problems or liability issues. In addition, the Construction Administrator will observe work through meetings and site visits to determine if progress and quality of workmanship are in accordance with the contract documents. This position will be a supporting role to our engineering teams that focus on various types of vertical building design. Principal Responsibilities

Salary Range $80,000- $100,000. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
