Job Summary Supports healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care by performing a combination of clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining and documenting vital signs and medical histories, coordinating patient flow, scheduling appointments, collecting and preparing laboratory specimens, and providing patient education on treatments, medications, and care plans.Serves as a key liaison between patients and the care team, ensuring a positive patient experience while collaborating closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff. Additional responsibilities include maintaining immunization inventory, administering vaccines (when qualified), supporting quality and safety initiatives, performing general office functions, and assisting with the onboarding and mentorship of junior Medical Assistants. Strong patient care, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
