Quality Control Lab Technician

QC/QA Laboratory Technician (Contract)

Location: Little Rock, AR

Pay Rate: $21-$27/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC/QA Laboratory Technician for a temporary role supporting quality control and laboratory operations in a manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in chemical and physical testing, data analysis, and quality assurance to ensure products meet strict specifications and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine QC sampling and composite analysis on a scheduled basis
• Conduct chemical and physical testing using laboratory instrumentation and manual methods
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and data tracking systems
• Communicate test results and analysis updates to production teams
• Support sample preparation and shipment to customers and external labs
• Troubleshoot equipment and report any non-routine issues or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant lab environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; science-related education preferred
• 6+ months of experience in lab, manufacturing, or production environments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety protocols and perform basic math calculations

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a production/laboratory setting with safety equipment
