Key Responsibilities:

As a Customs and Export Specialist, you will...

  • Manage day-to-day import and export activities, as well as manage customs service providers
  • Ensure compliance with US and foreign customs, export control, and trade regulations
  • Contribute to optimizing customs operations (delivery times and duty savings)
  • Provide support to internal users in customs and trade compliance, as well as assist in customs audits and facilitation of customs certifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or CCS Customs/Export Specialist Certification, with equivalent work experience (ideally 7 years at least) working directly with trade compliance
  • Customs Broker License is a plus
  • Practical knowledge of HS/ECCN classification and origin determination methodologies
  • Knowledge of 19 CFR and EAR regulations, as well as Incoterms
