Are you passionate about beauty and obsessed with visual perfection? An iconic global beauty brand is seeking a Digital Content Production Manager. In this role, you will be the "glue" that connects internal marketing teams, digital teams, and external agencies. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets-specifically 3D packshots, texture renderings, and ecommerce creator videos-ensuring flawless color accuracy and on-time distribution across all omni-platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Asset Production & Project Management: Lead the creation, timeline development, and budget management for 3D Packshots, texture swatches, and eCommerce (ATF/BTF) creator videos from pre-launch to delivery.
  • Color & Texture Quality Control: Assess multiple rounds of digital renderings to ensure digital swatches and packaging flawlessly match the real-life product colors across eye, face, and lip categories.
  • Creator Video Lifecycles: Develop briefs, identify influencers, and coordinate with marketing on messaging for tutorials and "how-to" videos.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with digital, marketing, art direction, and third-party agencies to coordinate artwork, monitor progress, and manage stakeholder feedback.
  • Asset Management: Select, tag, and upload all completed digital assets into the internal Asset Management System (Opera).
  • ECOM Support: Assist the eCommerce team with special projects, including photoshoot support, event concepting, and the creation of ECOM guidelines.

What a "Day in the Life" Looks Like

When a new SKU comes in from marketing, you will:

  1. Confirm if packshots and textures are needed and map out the deliverables timeline.
  2. Brief external agencies and partner closely with them on quality and execution.
  3. Consolidate stakeholder feedback, manage revisions with the agency, and ensure final approval.
  4. Upload the final approved assets to the system for launch.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional working experience (prior experience in marketing, digital, or eCommerce preferred; beauty brand experience is a plus).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Color Expertise: A deep understanding of color complexities across different makeup categories (eye, face, lip).
  • Tools & Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced PowerPoint). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) is highly preferred.
  • Bonus Skill: Hands-on experience with digital retouching in Photoshop for textures and product packaging.

Core Competencies

  • Agile & Solution-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment under tight deadlines.
  • Organized & Detail-Driven: Strong time-management skills with the ability to independently juggle multiple projects and SKU lifecycles simultaneously.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to confidently guide internal teams and external partners.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Resourceful, proactive, and ready to take end-to-end ownership of your portion of the business.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.00 - $38.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
