About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical, performance-driven Director of Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition strategy across high-intent digital channels. This is a hands-on performance marketing leadership role, not a traditional brand marketing position. The ideal candidate has experience managing meaningful paid acquisition budgets and understands how to drive measurable business outcomes through digital marketing. You will partner closely with the VP of Growth to optimize acquisition performance, improve lead quality, drive marketing efficiency, and scale business impact across multiple lines of business. This role requires a player-coach mentality-someone who can think strategically while also rolling up their sleeves to solve problems, move quickly, and operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
