Role Overview Position Title: Senior Manager, Family Accounting Department: Accounting Reports To: Controller FLSA Status: Exempt Location: Bentonville, AR Walton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as a Senior Manager, Family Accounting. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to lead complex accounting operations, build trusted relationships with family stakeholders, strengthen financial controls, and deliver accurate and timely financial reporting across a diverse portfolio of family entities. Position Summary The Senior Manager, Family Accounting, leads the accounting team responsible for financial operations across family member accounts and entities. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting, strong financial controls, and responsive service delivery while serving as a key liaison between family office operations and the broader accounting function. The position requires a collaborative leader with strong accounting fundamentals, experience managing complex multi-entity structures, and the judgment to build trust with family stakeholders and internal partners.

Benefits Information Compensation Range: $221,000 - $276,000 Benefits Information: We offer a comprehensive and generous benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
