What you will enjoy doing*
- You will manage global helium sources, including inventory management, development of forecasts, supply, and price negotiations, in addition to optimization of sourcing balance and production
- Support development of supply vs. demand data, delivery planning and supply execution. Optimize helium supply to determine ideal approach to satisfy SvD requirements while minimizing cost and take or pay risk.
- You are expected to engage consistently and work closely with current helium sources to understand current production, future forecasts, and to evaluate growth initiatives and optimization projects.
- Develop expertise in helium sourcing contracts and take ownership of contract database management. In addition to developing detailed knowledge and understanding of 30+ existing contracts.
- You are responsible for managing helium storage and inventory including the development of reports, inventory tracking, and forecasting.
- Review helium supply invoices and take ownership of digital review solution and process.
- Work closely with helium operations and logistics to ensure the effective integration of sources into the operations and the supply chain.
- Supports Global Helium Sourcing Director in managing the entire helium supply portfolio and developing strategies.
- Negotiate new and existing helium sourcing
contracts and/or development agreements
What makes you great
- You have a bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in in a combination of product management, business development, and/or contract management.
- You have experience with negotiation of sale and purchase agreements.
- Experience with the helium industry is a plus.
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have effective communication and presentation skills.
- Travel: Moderate, 15-20 % Including occasional International
