ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Supervisor, Broadcast Operations (Bilingual) is a hands-on technical leader responsible for overseeing master control playout and operational workflows within the FOX Technology Center. This role serves as a senior escalation point for operational and technical issues, making critical real-time decisions that protect on-air integrity and support live revenue-generating broadcasts. Working closely with Engineering, FOX Sports, Entertainment, and News teams, you will help test, validate, and operationalize new technologies and distribution solutions. You will leverage deep expertise in playout automation, graphics systems, server-based playout, and content distribution workflows to maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, operational leadership, and sound decision-making during live events and high-pressure situations.
