POSITION SUMMARY:

Strategic, innovative, and highly organized AI Administrator leadsthe administration, governance, and optimization of enterprise AI platforms, including Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini.

This role is critical in ensuring secure, scalable, and value-driven adoption of AI across the organization. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with strategic thinking to enable business transformation through AI while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  1. Administers, configure, and maintain enterprise AI platforms such as Copilot, Claude, and Gemini
  2. Manages user access, role-based permissions, and licensing strategies
  3. Monitors system performance, usage metrics, and cost optimization opportunities
  4. Ensures high availability and reliability of AI services
  5. Establishes and enforce AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards
  6. Ensures compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
  7. Implements responsible AI practices
  8. Drives continuous improvement and innovation through emerging AI technologies
  9. Evaluates new tools, models, and vendors for enterprise adoption
  10. Collaborates with IT and application teams to integrate AI into existing systems and workflows
  11. Supports automation initiatives leveraging AI tools and APIs
  12. Enables scalable AI-driven solutions across departments
  13. Develops training programs and best practices to increase user adoption
  14. Supports business units in leveraging AI tools effectively
  15. Acts as a central point of contact for AI-related inquiries and troubleshooting


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or platform management
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major AI platform (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and enterprise SaaS environments
  • Proven ability to think strategically while executing operationally
  • Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with AI governance, security, or compliance frameworks
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering or AI solution design
  • Experience leading AI adoption initiatives in an enterprise environment
