The Building People, LLC is seeking a Knowledge Manager / Base Operations Data Management Analyst to support the 81st U.S. Army Reserve Directorate of Public Works (DPW) in Columbia, South Carolina. This position supports facilities operations data, reporting, and knowledge management activities that directly contribute to Army Reserve mission readiness and installation performance. The role is heavily focused on facilities data systems, including the Facilities Engineering Management System (FEMS), data analysis, reporting, and data integrity across multiple operational sources. Position Summary The Knowledge Manager / Base Operations Data Management Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and interpreting operational facilities and infrastructure data from multiple systems. The role ensures data accuracy, integrity, and usability for leadership decision-making and supports reporting requirements across DPW operations. This position plays a key role in aggregating facility-related data, identifying trends, and supporting operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
