What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the personal loan process
• Process loan applications and manage account payments
• Follow up with customers to support repayment and build long-term relationships
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lending guidelines
• Meet branch goals in a team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service, retail, sales, or cash-handling experience
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and data entry
• Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
• Ability to work independently in a small branch setting
• High school diploma or GED required

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM-6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM (seasonal, Nov-Mar, rotational)
• Some overtime may be required
• No Sundays!
