As our Senior HR Director for HMI in San Jose, you will help shape the organization behind some of the world's most advanced technology. In this role, you will partner closely with senior business leaders to translate strategy into apeopleagenda that strengthens leadership, builds organizational capability, and enables long-term growth. You will join a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of business, innovation, and transformation. Your work will directly influence how teams grow, how leaders lead, and how the organization evolves to meet future business needs. Role and responsibilities In this role, you will serve as a strategic Head of HR for HMI.You will align business priorities withpeoplestrategy, guide senior stakeholders through complexity, and ensure HR programs, talent decisions, and organizational choices support both business performance and employee growth. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners across geographies and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives in a complex international environment.

This role is based in San Jose, California, andwillrequire travel within the US and internationally. You will typicallyoperateas a member of the Business Leadership Team and partner with senior management stakeholders across multiple countries and regions. The role reports to theGlobalHead of HR for the Business Line. The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: $237,000-355,500Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
