Serve as a member of Human Resources Leadership Team reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Manager of Total Rewards plays a pivotal leadership role in designing and executing compensation, benefits, well-being, and recognition strategies that support a highly skilled workforce spanning research, operations, and administration. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished compensation and benefits leader to influence enterprise-wide strategy within a complex and mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will lead a talented team of approximately 15 professionals and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all aspects of Total Rewards. Salary offers will be commensurate with the final candidate's qualification, education, and experience and considered with the internal peer group.
