Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day shift working Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. This is a hybrid position with two days per week at the Administrative Office Building in Middleton, WI and occasionally traveling to other locations for meetings and/or on-site support. Be part of something remarkable Bring your attention to detail and customer service skills to UW Health. We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:
- Coordinate projects and initiatives supported by the department, including preparation of reports, researching triaging requests and referrals, updating workflows and policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools
- Provide administrative support for the following initiatives, supported by Care Continuum Teams:
- Patient support funds
- Advance care planning
- Social determinants of health
- Other projects/programs as needed
- Aide in the organization and review of incoming requests/referrals and provide timely feedback to ensure departmental staff are able to respond to the needs of patients and families

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
- 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
