Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY The Marketing Operations Officer will assist with the overall operations and service-related responsibilities for the Marketing Department in order to enhance it's focus on advertising, promotional awareness, and meeting the Bank's strategic initiatives. This includes effectively managing expenses within the department's budget, audit responsibilities, overseeing projects plans, corporate contributions, and vendor management. The Marketing Operations Officer must be a detail-oriented and organized individual who will be responsible for supervising the Marketing Specialist to manage the department's communication, Outlook inbox, calendar, and order fulfillment, including Marketing on Demand (MOD). This includes ensuring all emails are promptly addressed, categorized, and escalated as necessary, as well as keeping the department's calendar up to date with all corporate events and deadlines. This will be crucial for maintaining efficient communication and workflow within the department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has supervisory responsibilities. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to effectively present information to management. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
