The full salary range for the Assistant Controller - Financial Audit and Reporting is $93,200 - $174,200 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is from $93,200 - $133,700 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. The Assistant Controller of Financial Reporting and Controls reports directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor-Business & Financial Services and Controller. This position manages the accuracy of financial statements, ensures GAAP/GASB/regulatory compliance, supports executive leadership by preparing financial reports. Provides budget-to-actual variance analysis and supports the CFO in strategic financial planning and forecasting and establishment of reporting templates for the campus. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
