The Inside Client Partner is responsible for selling Infor managed services as part of our implementation services and as stand-alone offerings for clients. This is an overlay sales specialist opportunity where you will collaborate with field Client Partners and independently develop a pipeline, conduct campaigns, and close on standalone managed services opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Managing a territory with an annual sales quota for managed services.
  • Engaging with existing and new customers to identify opportunities for Infor managed services and collaborating with relevant teams.
  • Supporting the full sales lifecycle in partnership with SaaS Sales Representatives and Field Client Partners, including responding to RFPs, making presentations, and negotiating contracts.
  • Identifying prospective clients and new business opportunities with the License, Services, Customer Experience, and Support teams.
  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to close opportunities and meet sales targets.
  • Providing regular updates on qualification, forecasting, and opportunity analysis, focusing on closing deals.
  • Identifying prospective clients and new business opportunities in partnership with the License, Services, Customer Experience, and Support teams.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in selling consulting/professional services for ERP SaaS solutions and in identifying and closing managed services opportunities.
  • Experience in a quota-driven role.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.
  • Legal Authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Healthcare industries.
  • Experience as a service sales lead with a systems integrator or enterprise software company, including managing and closing deals involving cloud solutions or enterprise software implementations.
